Job Description As a Training Administration Trainee, you will work closely with the Finance teams, managing their training needs and implementing the best and most innovative learning solutions for the Finance community.
In your new role you will.
* Support Finance Academy training management * Partner with Finance teams to assess training needs and respond to their requirements in terms of learning advisory and training coaching * Support implementation of learning strategies, research of the latest learning trends, innovative learning solutions and technologies * Collaborate with HR (for the organization of F2F training sessions, workshops, and webinars) * Undertake learning needs analysis and produce learning reports, as necessary * Support analysis and recommendation of improvement actions * Participate in internal projects of research and development of new F2F training formats * Support the organization of Finance events - in cooperation with global Finance teams and stakeholders * Maintain Finance Academy pages, iShares, and handbooks; * Support the preparation of Finance Academy newsletters, articles, info sessions, talks, workshops, and colloquia (among others) Requerimientos del candidato/a.
Your Profile You have a passion for learning and development strategies and you are curious about research and innovation, latest trends, and best practices of the training field.
* Have a degree in Education, Languages, Human resources, Corporate Communication, or equivalent fields * Are a proactive person, passionate about working with global teams in an international environment * Had previous contact with training management would be a plus * Have strong communication and organizational skills * Are fluent in English, both verbal and written Please send us your CV in English so we can get to know you better
