- View live ride wait times across multiple theme parks - View basic information about each theme park and ride - Set-up to receive a push notification when a specific ride.
goes from open to closed/goes from closed to open/goes under or over a specified wait time - Will be monetised both via AdMob rewarded ads (eg user would have to watch an app to set up a notification for a ride) and in-app purchase/subscription (eg $2 for 1 day of ad-free access and being able to batch set notifications) To achieve the above, the app will have.
- a cloud (ideally Firebase) backend that with databases to store.
parks, rides, daily opening/closing times for each park/ride, periodic (every 5 min) open/closed status and wait time for each ride.
This backend will also send push notifications to the relevant users upon each update of the status/wait times.
