TECHNICAL TEAM LEAD

Position Description.
CGI is actively seeking a Technical Team Lead to oversee an ongoing upgrade effort for the customer’s Momentum environment.
As the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for managing the technical side of the project and coordinating with the project’s PM and Functional Lead.
The work includes overseeing tasks related to environment standup, application builds, quality assurance testing, maintaining schedules, coordinating with multiple teams and the customer.
This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
Responsible for management of multiple large complex upgrade project with a significant coordination between various teams.
Overseeing all technical aspects of the projects, ensuring the adherence to the schedule, assignments of tasks related to environment standup, developments efforts, and testing.
Ensuring clear and timely communication between Technical Team, Functional Team, Project PM and the Customer.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• 5-8 years in a supervisory role.
• Ability to obtain and maintain agency Public Trust.
• Experience with Momentum.
• Experience in communicating technical situations to a non-technical audience.
• Experience in communicating status to management personnel.
• Understanding of Agile Methodology Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required.
• PMP Certification.
• ITIL v3 Foundations certified.
• Experience leading projects related to Cybersecurity.
