* Provide Level 2 and partially Level 3 support for a Cybersecurity Ecosystem including its interfaces * Act as a bridge between customer needs/issues and the Development team * Work close with Customers, Software Developers, DevOps Engineers and BI Developers We are looking for someone with… * +4 year of experience within IT Support * Sound knowledge in IT, OT, Networking, Protocols, general IT Infrastructure regarding cybersecurity vulnerabilities and best practices * High interest and motivation in analyzing network discovery results * Basic experience in agile IT, e.
