TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS ENGINEER

In this role, you will be the technical backbone of our Sales and Customer Success teams, helping customers integrate and optimize our solutions.
Your expertise in APIs, integrations, and technical problem-solving will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction and success.

Key Responsibilities Customer Integration Support.
Collaborate with customers to facilitate seamless API integrations and technical onboarding processes, ensuring timely and efficient implementation.
Technical Query Resolution.
Act as the primary point of contact for technical questions, and troubleshooting customer issues related to APIs, integrations, and platform configurations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration.
Work closely with the Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to identify and resolve technical challenges, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Pre-Sales Technical Assistance.
Support the Sales team by demonstrating technical capabilities and answering customer questions during the pre-sales process.
Documentation.
Create and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and guides to help customers and internal teams better understand our platform and integration processes.
Continuous Improvement.
Provide feedback to the Product and Engineering teams based on customer interactions, identifying opportunities to improve our platform and integrations.
Qualifications API Expertise.
Strong understanding of APIs (REST, JSON, Webhooks) and experience working on integrations with third-party platforms.
Technical Problem-Solving.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Programming Knowledge.
Basic experience with scripting or coding (e.
., Python, JavaScript) to assist with integrations and testing.
Customer Communication Skills.
Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
Experience in SaaS or Tech.
Familiarity with SaaS platforms and customer success workflows.
Collaboration & Tools.
Experience with tools like Postman, Asana, Linear and CRM systems, and proficiency in Git for version control.
Language Proficiency.
Fluency in English is required to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
