Responsibilities   Lead and support the cross-functional technical team, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from concept to delivery.
Ensure the technical deliverables of the tower engineering team, ensuring timely and high-quality execution in collaboration with procurement and suppliers.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including senior technical leadership, contractors, and the project team, to ensure alignment and manage expectations throughout the project.
Identify and mitigate project risks, working closely with the team and project managers to escalate issues and provide solutions as needed.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (DiBT, IEC) and promote sustainable solutions throughout the project.
Qualifications     7 years of industry experience in technical leadership roles within the engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
5 years of experience in working with global teams and understanding how to adapt to local regulations and cultural differences to ensure smooth project delivery.
4 years of experience with stage gate models and project management tools (e.
., MS Project, Primavera, or Jira); awareness of risk management and mitigation strategies.
Master's degree in Mechanical, Structural, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with tower design and construction, as well as understanding the full lifecycle, including enabling transport, construction, and maintenance.
Competencies     Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.
Proficient in maintaining stakeholder rapport, delivering project updates, and upholding transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Pragmatic decision-making, with a focus on problem-solving through collaboration, and managing trade-offs between technical, time, and budget constraints.
Adaptability to work across different cultural contexts, understanding the nuances of collaborating with international teams.
