Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to join our Program team based in Israel Agile coaching for cross-functional development teams.

As a Program Manager, you will be taking an active role in planning, execution facilitation and communication across the entire company.
All About You.
3+ years of technical program/project management experience in IT industry High proficiency in English Deep knowledge and understanding of program management methodologies (Kanban, Agile) and experience in leading Agile projects JIRA Admin experience - is a plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; maintaining proactive and can-do attitude as well as a positive mindset Proficiency in remote communication tools to ensure seamless coordination and teamwork Flexibility to collaborate remotely with teams across different countries Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and dive into the details of complex projects Deep analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment BSc or MSc in Computer Science or equivalent Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to (COMPANY NAME) assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, (COMPANY NAME) is responsible for information security and must.
