Job Description We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Technical Lead Salesforce to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development and a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices.
Key Responsibilities.
Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
Perform technical analysis, design, development, implementation of applications with necessary customization.
Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance.
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
Stay current with Salesforce technologies and best practices.
Qualifications Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Salesforce certifications (e.
., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II) are highly desirable.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design, and development best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Good level of English.
Good level of French (Nice-to-have).
