Job Description Technical Lead - Informatica BDM.
+ Years Key Responsibilities.
Determine project requirements and collaborate with clients to develop work schedules and system design documents for the team.
Liaise with team members and clients to ensure there are no blockers.
Identify risks and form contingency plans as soon as possible.
Update work schedules and perform troubleshooting as required based on priorities.
Motivate staff and create a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
Be transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
Primary Skills.
DEI (Informatica BDM) MS SQL Server Secondary Skills.
SSIS IDMC Databricks ADO Control-M Address Doctor Additional Responsibilities.
Provide technical and functional help for team members.
Conduct analysis and story assessment estimates.
Perform code reviews.
Regularly connect with onshore leads to understand areas of concern.
Facilitate cross-training and upskilling.
Maintain skill matrices.
Update knowledge transition documents.
Develop proof of concepts when required.
Maintain code repositories in ADO.
Required Qualifications.
Proven experience in DEI (Informatica BDM) and MS SQL Server.
Familiarity with SSIS, IDMC, Databricks, ADO, Control-M, and Address Doctor.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify risks and develop contingency plans.
Preferred Skills.
Experience in project management.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Skills.
