Responsibilities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the project, coordinating between Competence Center teams and client stakeholders to address daily technical and operational needs.
• Ensure project documentation is consistently up-to-date, providing the necessary pre-requirements for the team to execute their work efficiently.
• Lead technical discussions in client meetings, report on task progress, participate in task force or firefighting meetings, and translate client requirements into actionable tasks.
• Proactively identify and manage value-driven tasks with the client that contribute to project success.
• Oversee and guide the creation, prioritization, and delivery of tasks assigned to the Crossjoin Competence Center, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Become the technical subject matter expert in Crossjoin’s performance methodology, particularly in addressing complex performance challenges such as production firefighting, business processes optimisation or technical assurance activities.
• Provide technical leadership by ensuring the successful delivery, implementation, and verification of recommendations and solutions aimed at resolving major incidents, and oversee service delivery to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Mentor and guide team members on best practices and ensure technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
