TECHNICAL LEAD

Act as the primary point of contact for the project, coordinating between Crossjoin Competence Center teams and client stakeholders to address daily technical and operational needs.
Ensure project documentation is consistently up-to-date, providing the necessary pre-requirements for the team to execute their work efficiently.
Lead technical discussions in client meetings, report on task progress, participate in task force or firefighting meetings, and translate client requirements into actionable tasks.
Proactively identify and manage value-driven tasks with the client that contribute to project success.
Oversee and guide the creation, prioritization, and delivery of tasks assigned to the Crossjoin Competence Center, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Become the technical subject matter expert in Crossjoin’s performance methodology, particularly in addressing complex performance challenges such as production firefighting, business processes optimisation or technical assurance activities.
Provide technical leadership by ensuring the successful delivery, implementation, and verification of recommendations and solutions aimed at resolving major incidents, and oversee service delivery to meet or exceed client expectations.
Mentor and guide team members on best practices and ensure technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
