TECHNICAL-FUNCTIONAL ANALYST - MULESOFT

Position Description.
We are looking for an experienced technical-functional analyst to join our dynamic consulting team.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Mulesoft and have solid experience in information technology and functional analysis.

Your future duties and responsibilities.
• Analyze and understand customer needs to provide integrated solutions using Mulesoft.
• Design and develop data and application integration flows.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure alignment of proposed solutions with business requirements.
• Write detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Participate in the planning, management and execution of integration projects.
• Perform tests and validations to ensure the quality and performance of the solutions deployed.
• Provide technical and functional support after deployment of solutions.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
REQUIREMENTS • Minimum of 10 years of experience in information technology.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical-functional analyst.
• Proven expertise in using Mulesoft for integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of integration concepts, APIs, web services and SOA and microservices architectures.
• Proven skills in needs analysis and writing functional and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Bilingual (French and English).
Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interactions with domestic and global clients.
ASSETS • Mulesoft certifications (MCD, MCA).
• Experience in consulting and managing complex projects for various sectors.
• Knowledge of project management and monitoring tools (JIRA, Confluence).
