You’ll partner with our Creative Director, Director of Project Delivery, and Director of Business Development to support our project teams, define the strategy of the studio, and lead internal projects to help us achieve our vision.
You’ll help cultivate a culture of intellectual curiosity and continuous improvement that empowers us to push the boundary of our technical projects year-over-year.

Collaborate with Studio Leads to determine where we invest the studio’s time and efforts across training, service offerings, tech & tooling, and integrating new opportunities (e.

Training and supporting the apprentice Studio Lead in the craft-focused Studio Lead role Business.
