The project involves an inquiry form with various representations that collects information in a funnel and transfers it to a CRM.
This data will then be categorized into inquiries, offers, and chat communications with providers and customers.
The ideal candidate will need to prepare detailed drawings for a developer, illustrating the entire system and how it operates.
Specifically, I require.
- A word diagram that outlines the system's architecture.
- A clear and detailed flowchart demonstrating the data flow.
- A series of wireframes that depict user interactions.
The flowchart should use graphical symbols to represent the data, as clarity and simplicity are paramount for this project.
The designer's ability to break down complex processes into simple, easy-to-understand visuals will be key to the developer's understanding of the project.
Skills in technical drawing and experience with CRM systems are crucial for the success of this project.
