Job Description.
Your contribution to something big.
* Create and maintain technical documentation for security products, software and services, in English, according to internal and external standards; * Manage localization and proofreading processes; * Manage review and approval of hardware and software documentation by the relevant stakeholders; * Prepare multichannel publishing of technical documentation; * Improve processes in software documentation and tools; * Support development and delivery of smart information.
Qualifications.
What distinguishes you.
* Degree, preferably in Technical Communication or Language Sciences, or Engineering degree with experience in technical communication; * Experience in technical documents writing for hardware and/or software products, preferably on application programming interface (API) writing; * Strong writing skills in English, with proven, advanced skills in grammar and proofreading; * Knowledge in project management of software documentation, and programming languages; * Experience working directly and communicating with engineers and other subject matter experts, in an agile environment; * Experience with content management systems, preferably Schema ST4, and/or authoring tools; * Experience with translation management tools, preferably Passolo; * Experience in and/or relevant understanding of metadata management and implementation.
