TECH SUPPORT SPECIALIST FOR DROP SERVICE

This professional will provide technical support to my freelancers, troubleshoot hardware issues, configure and maintain computer systems, and offer training on new technologies.
Responsibilities.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all freelancer hardware and software issues.
Configure and maintain computer systems, including laptops, desktops, and servers.
Install and update software applications as needed.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and provide network support.
Provide training and support on new technologies and software applications.
Maintain accurate documentation of all technical issues and resolutions.
Proactively identify and resolve potential technical problems.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the technology infrastructure.
Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in providing technical support in a corporate or enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as common office productivity applications.
Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Passion for technology and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
Additional Skills.
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.
Certification in a technical field such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or CompTIA A+.
