Integration & Implementation.
o Lead the design, integration, and implementation of SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA (FI, MM, SCM), and ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) integration.
o Ensure seamless integrations between ServiceNow and SAP systems, focusing on accurate data synchronization across platforms, particularly asset lifecycle management.
Collaboration & Requirements Gathering.
o Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to define functional requirements, scope, and deliverables for SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow, and HAM integrations.
o Work with business teams to capture and document detailed business and functional requirements for ServiceNow enhancements, particularly around asset management processes.
System Design & Optimization.
o Design, configure, and optimize SAP S/4HANA modules (FI, MM, SCM) and SAP Ariba solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and best practices.
o Lead the integration of ServiceNow with SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA, ensuring streamlined service management and asset management processes.
Troubleshooting & Support.
o Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve integration issues o Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to support HAM program objectives.
Documentation & Testing.
o Develop detailed technical documentation, including integration mappings, data flow diagrams, and troubleshooting guides.
o Conduct system testing, quality assurance, and performance monitoring to ensure system integrity and reliability.
o Assist in conducting testing for HAM workflows and ensure compliance with business needs and functional requirements.
