Parametrizar e integrar a solução Genesys em operações de contact center.
Analisar e identificar pontos de melhoria na plataforma e nos processos operacionais.
Colaborar com equipas internas para garantir a correta implementação e otimização da solução.
Monitorizar e manter a performance do sistema, garantindo a alta disponibilidade e eficiência.
Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de workforce management para otimizar a gestão de recursos.
Resolver problemas técnicos e fornecer suporte contínuo às operações do contact center.
Documentar processos, configurações e melhores práticas.
