Estamos a recrutar, para um cliente final no setor bancário, um(a) System Integration Specialist (Genesys) para integrar uma equipa de alta performance e contribuir para a transformação digital do contact center.

Conceber, configurar e implementar soluções Genesys para contact centers, alinhando as necessidades de negócio do cliente com as melhores práticas da indústria.
Integrar plataformas Genesys com outros sistemas do cliente, como CRMs, ferramentas de gestão de clientes, e plataformas bancárias, utilizando APIs e outras tecnologias de integração.
Prestar consultoria técnica e estratégica aos clientes, propondo soluções inovadoras que melhorem a experiência do cliente e aumentem a eficiência operacional.
Desenhar e otimizar fluxos de atendimento, incluindo a configuração de rotas de chamadas e o uso de ferramentas de Workforce Management para otimização de recursos e gestão de equipas.
Coordenar projetos de implementação, garantindo a gestão eficaz de recursos, prazos e expectativas do cliente.
Fornecer suporte contínuo, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e implementar atualizações nas soluções Genesys para maximizar o desempenho.
Formar as equipas do cliente para assegurar o uso eficaz das soluções implementadas, promovendo uma adopção plena das tecnologias.
O que é importante para ter sucesso.
Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Engenharia Informática, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas relacionadas.
Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em arquitetura, implementação e integração de soluções Genesys, especialmente no contexto de contact centers.
Proficiência em Genesys Cloud, Engage, PureConnect, integração de APIs, SIP, VoIP, WebRTC, e experiência em configuração de fluxos e ferramentas de Workforce Management.
Experiência em projetos no setor bancário será valorizada.
Capacidade de comunicar eficazmente com stakeholders técnicos e não técnicos, traduzindo necessidades de negócio em soluções tecnológicas.
Experiência na gestão de projetos de tecnologia, preferencialmente com conhecimento em metodologias ágeis.
