▶ Drive Growth: Deliver significant increases in individual and enterprise subscriptions through up-selling and securing new business.
▶ Retention: Achieve client retention rates exceeding 80%.
▶ Relationship Building: Develop meaningful connections across a portfolio of clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
▶ Present Insights: Share usage statistics with key customers to demonstrate value and uncover new opportunities.
▶ Protect and Monetize: Safeguard our copyright and identify revenue opportunities linked to client infringement.
▶ Innovate: Establish best-in-class sales and client engagement practices alongside our marketing and customer service leaders.
▶ Transition and Expand: Shift our subscription model from individual to enterprise and drive deeper engagement across our existing client base.
