What You'll Do.
Drive Growth.
Deliver significant increases in individual and enterprise subscriptions through up-selling and securing new business.
Retention.
Achieve client retention rates exceeding 80%.
Relationship Building.
Develop meaningful connections across a portfolio of clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
Present Insights.
Share usage statistics with key customers to demonstrate value and uncover new opportunities.
Protect and Monetize.
Safeguard our copyright and identify revenue opportunities linked to client infringement.
