The pergola is constructed using wood and composite materials.
The issue is the city did not correctly assign a pre pour footer or framing inspection, so we did not know they needed this until after the deck was built.
We have photos of the prepour holes and pictures of the deck while being constructed.
The deck is approx 370 sqft Ideal Skills and Experience.
- Structural engineering expertise - Experience with outdoor structures - Knowledge of wood and composite material properties - Excellent report writing skills The report should specifically assess the load-bearing capacity of the structure.
