Permanent As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), the candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing solutions that will improve overall stability and resiliency of critical business applications.
The candidate will also be responsible for leading critical incident response function.
- lead and drive the triaging and resolution of complex, high impact production issue to quickly restore the services to minimize any impacts to business functions.
Experienced SRE with strong background on coding and automation 4+ to 8+ years' experience on Run-The-Shop operations Proficient knowledge in application and infrastructure architecture discipline.
Extensive experience in Linux Systems and Azure Cloud, analyzing and interpreting the application/system log files.
Advanced knowledge in Application Performance Monitoring tools, analyzing application and system log files.
Advanced knowledge in creating dashboards on Grafana, Kibana.
Working knowledge of enterprise tools such as Datadog is a plus.
Proficient knowledge of SRE principles and automation design principles.
Drive the stability and sustainability of next-generation systems and discover innovative ways to scale and operate them reliably.
Developing synthetic monitoring and SRE dashboards.
Proficient Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming concepts.
Working knowledge of JAVA is Preferred.
(Not Mandatory).
4+ years of experience in programming/scripting languages for example Python/PowerShell/Shell Scripting/Terraform/YAML.
3+ years of Banking and Financial domain knowledge preferred.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
• Response Function -Build and Implement solutions as per the approved design -Conduct POC and test the feasibility of the design elements related to monitoring solution and confirm readiness for production deployment -Work closely with SRE lead and suggest/recommend improvements to the SRE process/tools/techniques -Develop automated solutions with IaC tools o Monitor production environments o Repetitive Incident Resolution.
Remediate the issue via sustainable and preventative solutions o Knowledge Management o Build and Refine Application monitoring rules o Improve Run-The-Shop Operations and Processes o Build or modify solutions to improve system resiliency, performance and efficiency.
o Reduce manual work through automation.
Location should be Bangalore or other location Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
Must to have skills- inux & Scripting, Azure Cloud, SRE, Automation tools, Core Java Monitoring Tools.
Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, NewRelic, Kibana Configuration Management and Automation Tools.
Ansible, Terraform Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Tools.
Jenkins Container Orchestration.
Kubernetes, Docker Cloud Platforms.
Microsoft Azure (Good to have) or Any Cloud Logging and Log Analysis.
ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), EFK Stack (Elasticsearch, Fluentbit, Kibana) Good to have skills- WEB applications (Tomcat, Java) and database (Oracle, SQL,),Application Performance Monitoring tools, analyzing application and system log files, Load Balancers (F5), Web Security Mechanism, REST APIs Skills.
