Main Tasks and Responsibilities.
* Knowledge in procedures and participate in the task automation process; * Management and monitoring of service levels; * Analysis and resolution of incidents and problems; * Development of tools and processes in the field of service management; * 24/7 Application Support, with prevention regime.
Requirements.
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or related field; * At least 5 years of experience in Application support; * Expertise in SQL/MYSQL; * Familiar with IT standards/tools such as ITIL; * Knowledge in scripting languages (KSH/Bash; Python; Perl); * Knowledge of Cloud Based environments (IBM CLoud or MS Azure preferred) will be valued; * Knowledge in Java is a plus; * Organizational and communication skills; * Proactivity and dynamism; * Knowledge in English.
