En tant que Spcialiste du Support Client vous jouerez un rle crucial pour garantir que nos clients reoivent un soutien exceptionnel via divers canaux de communication.
Vos responsabilits principales incluront la gestion des demandes lies aux abonnements la facturation au dpannage technique et plus encore.
Exigences linguistiques.
Locuteur natif franais ou niveau de comptence C2 en franais Rmunration et avantages.
Salaire mensuel de base (x EUR EUR brut annuel Indemnit de repas.
9 EUR par jour EUR annuellement Prime de performance (x EUR (trois premiers mois ensuite base sur la performance) Assurance mdicale prive.
Fournie aprs 4 mois Remboursement des frais de transport.

Rception des Appels Entrants.
Assister les clients Telecom via des appels entrants.

Offrir des solutions personnalises et des conseils aux clients en fonction de leurs besoins.

Exprience pralable en service client prfre.
Comptences en Communication.
Excellentes comptences en communication verbale et crite en franais.
