The project is for an existing business, and I am targeting a national market.
Key Responsibilities.
- Drive Sales.
Your primary objective will be to make sure our products are selling.
You'll need to come up with strategies to increase sales volume and revenue.
- Customer Service.
You'll be responsible for answering any customer queries, addressing complaints and facilitating smooth transactions.
- Reporting.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback and any other relevant data.
Ideal Candidate.
- Experience.
I'm looking for someone with a proven track record of driving sales on Shopify, with a preference for those who have worked in the automotive accessories sector.
- Communication Skills.
Excellent English communication skills are a must, as you'll be dealing directly with customers.
- Analytical Skills.
You should be able to analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions on how to improve sales.
- Proactive.
I need someone who doesn't just wait for orders to come in, but also actively seeks out potential customers and opportunities to enhance our sales.
