Ideal Skills.
- Extensive experience with FusionPBX - Knowledge in configuring PBX for sip peering or registered trunk - set up inbound route and outbound route - IVR set up While I did not specify particular features in this project, I am open to suggestions on enhancements that could improve our customer support efficiency.
Please include in your proposal your ideas on which features would be beneficial and why.
