We are looking for a Service Now - Senior for one of our clients, in Brussels.
Responsibilities.
Design and creation of power interfaces for integrating customer data into Service Now.
Configure API integration between Service Now and Fortis on-premises resources.
Analysis and creation of automated Service Now exports to feed the needs of Fortis' internal customers.
Analysis and configuration of Email interfaces (inbound/outbound) in Service Now.
Workflow design in Service Now.
Migration of existing tools to Service Now.
Requirements.
At least 6 years of relevant experience Fluency in English French and/or Dutch (preferred).
Experience of Service Now Certified (development) Team spirit Autonomy Pro-active Capabilities of working in a complex and big structure Capabilities of working with external stakeholders Not afraid of highlighting issues and impediments Challenges oriented
