Service Now HR (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon) What do you need to have.
Hard Skills.
• Proven knowledge of one or more of the following modules within ServiceNow including HRSD, Employee Journey, Lifecycle events, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue, Self-Service, and SLA • Experience in implementing Employee Centre Pro • Experience in implementing Employee document management • Experience of integrating ServiceNow with other system via REST APIs, Scripted REST APIs, Mulesoft etc.
• Excellent knowledge in ServiceNow scripting and Web Technologies (JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, Jelly, Angular JS, Bootstrap, XML, HTML) • Certified ServiceNow system administrator • Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD • Experience with Jira / Confluence Soft skills • Good communication • Team spirit • Proactivity • Time management What we can offer.
