Perfil.
- Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática ou áreas relacionadas; - Ter no mínimo 3 anos de experiência na implementação de projetos em Service Now; - Experiência profissional comprovada em instalação, configuração e administração de Service Now; - Bom conhecimento da Now Platform, ITSM (Incidentes, Problems, Changes); - Conhecimento da metodologia Now Create e metodologias ageis; - Conhecimentos de desenvolvimento web com HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Ajax e Web Services; - Experiência com REST e/ou SOAP; - Elevado sentido de proatividade, responsabilidade e autonomia; - Boa capacidade de trabalho em equipa; - Fluência na língua Inglesa e Portuguesa.
