What we’re looking for.
5 years of experience as a IT Service Manager ou IT Project Manager Experience in different technological solutions such as CRM, Billing, Order Management, Middlewares, etc.
Experience within APM monitoring tools (Dynatrace / AppDynamics / Datadog / NewRelic) Experience to identify operational risks to service and ensure mitigation actions Expertise in Java troubleshooting and in Cloud environments Familiarity with Agile methodology Fluent in spoken and written English What we offer.
