Position Description.
Are you a process nerd with interested in ITSM, process excellence and ready for new possibilities? We are now looking for a Process Manager for Service Level Management & Knowledge Management to our business unit Global Technology Operations.
Our main business is to offer comprehensive IT infrastructure services and to ensure we do that; we need you who want to guide and upskill us in SLM & Knowledge Management (ITIL/ITSM).

Your future duties and responsibilities.
Working as a Process Manager for SLM & Knowledge Management at CGI GTO means a varied everyday life.
You will be working in the process and foremost with the process.
You are responsible for the operational and tactical development of the SLM & Knowledge process.
In general; You will help and educate the organization and its functions to make the right choice, you will drive and coordinate activities in developing the processes and be a key-participant in the transformation journey to become even further process-oriented in our delivery.

• Experience in IT Service Production • Experience in Service Level Management (SLM) • Experience in Knowledge Management • ITIL knowledge (ITIL certifications is not a must, but meritorious) Personal qualities are highly valued.
