Procuramos um(a) consultor de Service Desk/Desktop Management para um projeto em Lisboa.
Quem procuramos.
-Formação Académica Superior ou 12.º ano ou experiência equivalente; -Experiência na resolução de problemas de Hardware, Instalação de Impagem (PCs e Laptops), Patching de rede em bastidores; -Experiência na atualização dos tickets com o detalhe das ações efetuadas/verificadas; - Resolução de incidentes e pedidos de microinformática seja presencial ou remota quando aplicável; -Disponibilidade para deslocações e ter carta de condução; -Capacidade analítica, pensamento crítico e criativo; -Responsabilidade, proatividade, autonomia e dinamismo; -Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão, em equipa e de gerir múltiplas atividades; -Capacidade de resolução de problemas e de comunicação eficaz.
