Procuramos um(a)  consultor de Service Desk/Desktop Management  para um projeto em  Lisboa.
Quem procuramos.
-Formação Académica Superior ou 12.º ano ou experiência equivalente; -Resolução de incidentes e pedidos de microinformática seja presencial ou remota quando aplicável; -Experiência na atualização dos tickets com o detalhe das ações efetuadas/verificadas; - Atualização do cadastro dos equipamentos intervencionados; -Capacidade de trabalhar em sistema Multicliente, em varias plataformas e sistemas operativos; -Capacidade analítica, pensamento crítico e criativo; - Disponibilidade para prevenções; -Responsabilidade, proatividade, autonomia e dinamismo; -Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão, em equipa e de gerir múltiplas atividades; -Capacidade de resolução de problemas e de comunicação eficaz.
