Job Description.
Proven Communication Skills (Written and Verbal) • Providing technical trainings to L1 support team.
• Being a 24x7 operation, candidate should be willing to work in shifts.
• Coordinate and follow ups with different support teams, jointly resolves the issues.
Direct Responsibilities • Minimum Graduate degree from any stream.
• Good Communication skills • System level documentation • Participates in technical training programs and self-directed learning.
• Respond to escalated tickets from L1 support staff to issues that impact user’s business operations.
• Good Command over Spanish Language (Optional).
• Contributing Responsibilities • Active Team Player.
• Communicates with users, assuring the service quality of the Technical Support Services Team.
Behavioral Competencies.
• Proven experience of delivering process efficiencies and improvements • Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written) • Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with remote teams • Demonstrate ability to take ownership of and accountability for relevant products and services • Ability to plan, prioritise and complete your own work, whilst remaining a team player • Willingness to engage with and work in other technologies Note.
