SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER (M/F)

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities? Maintain the contact with clients and stakeholders, to ensure that the product is working according to the needs; Oversee the day-to-day delivery of services, ensuring compliance with Application and Service Level Agreements; Act as the primary point of contact for the ERP service issues; Ensure that the service delivery and support processes are on track in terms of consistency and high level.
What is required from you? Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other similar area; Experience in service delivery of CRM, ERP, or niche market software solutions; Experience with implementation workflow of requirements gathering, configuration, documentation, testing, training, hyper care (Go Live), among others; Experience working on teams with different stakeholders; Customer-facing attitude and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
