SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER- ENERGY & UTILITIES

Position Description.
Are you a natural organizer with expertise in cloud technologies and the ability to inspire and engage people? As a Service Delivery Manager in the Energy and Utilities, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our customers' IT services, playing a key role in their transformation toward service excellence.
Your role in our team - Advise new and existing clients throughout the entire IT service lifecycle—from planning to implementation and operations—enhancing the quality and efficiency of their IT services and applications.
- Manage risks and ensure service levels by implementing measures during regular service reviews and governance meetings.
- Develop and implement solutions to better integrate services into the application landscape of our clients.
- Lead diverse and partially virtual teams and advance the tools and methodologies in use to stay aligned with cutting-edge technologies.
How you strengthen our team - Significant experience as a Service Delivery Manager.
- A strong understanding of risks, costs, and outcomes related to IT services.
- Solid knowledge of (cloud) infrastructure operations and components.
- Experience with tools (ex.
Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor) and methodologies (DevOps, ITILv4, SAFe).
- Exceptional customer orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in FR or Dutch and English.
