Job Description.
Key Responsibilities.
Overall experience of 5+ years in the IT industry with PMO and Java Scripting knowledge.
Working in the BU Provider group, Board Administrator Lead has to supervise the Board Administrator services around the Enterprise Architecture Review Board process, and deliver the services around the Enterprise Technical Architecture Board process.
Support the CIO Solution Owner and the CIO Business Partner; Prepare the IT budget in collaboration with the CIO Solution Owner and CIO Business Partner; Manage their FY budget once approved; Supervise the Solution agreements and SLO’s related to the targeted services; Control the services expense; Supervise the Board administrator activities and do quality controls; Support Sharepoint development activities (Java Script) Handle the escalation related to the EARB and ETAB processes; Ensure proper monitoring of the targeted services in relation to the consumption indicators, services problems and business requirements; Board Architects/EARB BU codes; Relation between CIO Business Partners and users of these codes for various explanations, requests and demands related to this process; Produce dashboard to reflect results.
Required Skills & Qualifications.

Good Knowledge on IT Infrastructure (Network, Server, End User) Project Management Skills Good Oral and Written Communication Skills Quality Control of Design Document Good.
Understanding on Network Design and Hosting Design Documents Support Sharepoint development (Powershell Scripting) Behavioral Competencies.
• Proven experience of delivering process efficiencies and improvements • Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written) • Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with remote teams • Demonstrate ability to take ownership of and accountability for relevant products and services • Ability to plan, prioritise and complete your own work, whilst remaining a team player • Willingness to engage with and work in other technologies Note.
