SENIOR SUPPORT ANALYST

Position Description.
Designation.
Senior Product Support Analyst Experience.
5 to 7 yrs Location.
Bangalore / Hyderabad The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the financial services industry, preferably in the Regulatory and Compliance domain, and possess a strong blend of functional and technical skillsets, enabling them to quickly understand and effectively communicate complex technical issues while appreciating the broader business context.
Key Responsibilities.
• Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with cross-functional teams, including development and testing.
• Manage client support meetings, serve as a primary point of contact for clients, and provide regular updates on incident status and resolutions.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships by collaborating with client delivery managers and ensuring client needs are met efficiently.
• Act as a liaison between development, testing teams, and clients to ensure smooth communication and effective issue resolution.
• Provide expert functional consultancy to clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the design and implementation of product solutions that meet both business and regulatory requirements.
