* Degree in Computer Engineering, Management Informatics or similar; * At least 8 years of professional experience in Service Management; * Experience in optimizing the service from an analytical point of view; * Close contact between technical teams, business and partners, with contract management; * Previous experience with service launch; * Experience in creating KPIs and SLAs; * Good leadership and communication skills; * Client-oriented.
