Key Responsibilities.
• Develop, monitor, and analyse budgets, forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
• Provide in-depth financial and operational analysis to support decision-making at both departmental and business unit levels.
• Prepare and present performance reports, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of planning and control activities with organizational objectives.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of planning tools, processes, and systems.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Key Skills and Qualifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration and Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or Consulting or Auditing experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Ability to travel frequently and be a business partner in the business area.
