- Proven experience in application support; - Proficiency with SQL Server, Oracle, and Sybase; - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools; - Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Geneos; - Understand of Linux/Unix and Windows Server environments; - Fluency in English.
Responsibilities.
- Provide functional support for collateral applications, responding promptly to requests from the sales, development and support teams; - Monitor, prioritize and resolve incidents/requests using ServiceNow; - Analyze and test change requirements, as well as coordinate releases; - Maintain and update the team's knowledge base; - Monitor batch jobs, troubleshoot and manage system health checks; - Run ad-hoc and automated reports, handle application queries and oversee user access and mailbox management; - Conduct user training, maintain the dashboard and manage static data changes; - Respond to incidents based on alerts and manage configuration processes.
