SEARCH ENGINE ADVERTISER PLUGIN DEVELOPMENT

We're seeking a skilled developer to create an advertiser plugin for a creative artist search engine.
This plugin should specifically support text ads.

As the main script is regularly updated, you should not change anything to the main script.
The script is written in PHP-8.
Overview.
You will need to create a table of 3 pricing columns on the home page.
Please use a suitable template.
The font family should be Arial Helvetica, Verdana.
Up to 3 ads should appear at the top of the search results of certain keywords.
(If there are less ads, then there should be no extra space showing between the ad and the 10 natural search results) Also up to 3 ads (which should be from different advertisers) should appear at the bottom of the 10 results The ads should look exactly the same as the natural search results.
The ads should have the word Sponsored, or Ad in front of them (in small letters) The ads are not based on a Pay per Click system but they are a one-time payment or a monthly or yearly recurring payment.
Ads should always be shown for the keywords that the advertiser has chosen in his account.
(every time someone searches for that keyword) Those keywords should be related to the website where the visitor will be redirected to.
When there is more than one advertiser for a certain keyword, then the ads should be shown in a random manner.
This prevents that the same advertiser is always at the top of the page.
We would like you to create a keyword suggestion tool which analyses the advertiser's own website and suggests those keywords.
The keyword tool should be placed in the advertiser's account on the “Create Ad” page.
The keyword tool should be able to crawl the advertiser's website.
You may be able to crawl the advertiser's website through the main search engine script.
The advertiser can choose up to the maximum number of keywords mentioned in his account package.
There should also be an upgrade link for in case the advertiser needs more keywords for his ads.
Every ad should have 3 lines.
The title line can have up to 54 characters (keywords should be shown in bold) The other 2 lines can have up to 108 characters (keywords should be shown in bold) Under the 3 lines the advertiser's URL should be shown.
You will create a secure advertiser signup page and a secure advertiser account.
The advertiser's email address should be verified by a system email with a verification link.
Payments need to be done through Stripe.
You will need to set it up for both one-time and recurring payments.
The advertiser should be able to create one or more ads and assign the chosen keywords for that ad.
You will need to create an administrator area which will show pending ads.
Ads will stay pending until the administrator has approved them.
The administrator should receive an email when an ad is submitted by an advertiser.
Upon approval, the ad should be immediately visible in the searches.
The accounts' login page should have a forgot password link.
The addon script needs to be highly secure, please use safeHTML etc.
All will be checked by a security expert at the end of the job.
