What are you going to do? - Uphold ‘Lean & Agile’ values; - Serve as a servant leader, guiding and supporting the team; - Understand group dynamics to enhance team effectiveness; - Act as a facilitator and pragmatist to drive team progress; - Maintain and apply Scrum Master certification expertise; - Assist in implementing and embedding Agile practices; - Explain the “Why” and ensure everyone understands their role within the framework; - Organize and lead the team’s Scrum ceremonies; - Help the team identify areas for improvement and find solutions; - Take responsibility for the team’s continuous improvement; - Track team performance and manage obstacles that slow them down; - Shield the team from external interferences and interruptions; - Create visual indicators and information resources for the team; - Facilitate communication within and across teams; - Support the Product Owner in improving backlog structure, writing, splitting, and estimating user stories; - Build team synergy and familiarize members with collaboration-enhancing practices; - Coach the team to maximize product value at each iteration; - Take accountability for budget tracking on projects.
