This will assist me in verifying the quantity of construction materials that will be charged to me by the contractor.
The BOM should be an itemized list with quantities of each material needed for the construction.
Additionally, I would appreciate supplier recommendations for these materials.
In addition to that, a Scope of Work for the construction is part of the required delivery.
The ideal candidate for this project should have.
- Extensive experience in creating BOM for home construction - Strong understanding of construction materials, particularly concrete - Excellent supplier network To be considered.
- Please provide a sample of a BOM delivered to a previous client - Outline the documents you require from me in order to do the calculation required (such as floor plans, etc.)* *Note.
Please mention explicitly the documents or information you need and in what specific format otherwise I will not entertain.
I have high expectation that you know exactly what you need in order to perform your quantity surveys.
