English SAP SuccessFactors (Strong) SAP SuccessFactors Platform (Strong) SAP BTP (Capable) SAP cloud architecture.
Responsibilities.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
Design endtoend SAP HXM solutions with a focus on SuccessFactors based on best practices and industry standards.
Develop solution architectures including system integrations data models and security designs.
Provide guidance and recommendations on SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central Recruiting Performance & Goals Compensation Learning and Succession Planning.
Lead the technical implementation of SAP SuccessFactors projects including configuration and integration with thirdparty systems.
Define and document technical specifications architecture diagrams and solution designs.
Collaborate with project managers consultants developers and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery within scope budget and timeline.
Conduct workshops training sessions and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and project teams.
Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies.
Qualifications.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation with a focus on solution architecture.
Proven track record of designing and architecting SAP SuccessFactors solutions for global enterprises.
Indepth understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and their integration points.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
SAP SuccessFactors certifications are desirable.
