Your New Role We operate within a scaled agile framework as part of an Agile Release Train, focusing on the critical components of our B2B architecture.
As a member of the Global Application Delivery Train, you will collaborate with a team of innovative leaders to enhance our global platform, creating exceptional digital experiences that define the future of eCommerce.
You will be part of a collaborative software engineering culture, working closely with business partners and creative development teams to deliver outstanding purchase experiences that drive growth.
Responsibilities Demonstrated experience as a Software Developer.
Contribute to our eCommerce technology stack as a Developer.
Hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Possess 4+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 1 year in building, deploying, and operating B2B-specific solutions (experience with large-scale, multi-country, multi-language eCommerce B2B websites is desirable).
Experience with Content Management solutions to drive front-end development.
Technical knowledge of SAP solutions is essential.
Understanding of key B2B value chain components, business processes, trends, and best practices is desirable but not mandatory.
Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture and B2B technologies are advantageous.
Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of customer-facing digital solutions, from design to implementation, ensuring security and compliance considerations are addressed.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers, enhancing their technical skills and reviewing their solutions.
Utilize excellent communication skills to collaborate with global engineering teams and stakeholders.
Effective at building collaborative partnerships and navigating organizational structures to achieve shared goals.
A strong desire to explore, learn, and transition to new cloud B2B solutions is essential.
Previous experience in modernizing or transforming legacy B2B systems and related business processes is appreciated.
What You'll Need to Succeed Proficiency in Salesforce Core.
Knowledge and experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Experience or familiarity with Salesforce B2B products is desirable but not required.
Exposure to other Salesforce applications within the ecosystem is a plus.
Experience or familiarity with Middleware integration (e.
., Mulesoft) and Commerce Cloud integrations is a plus.
