Permanent We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience in cloud data management, Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, and server-to-server integrations.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Salesforce Customer 360) to deliver seamless, high-performance data solutions.
You will play a key role in building robust integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external systems, enabling smooth data exchange and improving business outcomes through real-time data flow and analytics.

Salesforce Data Cloud Implementation & Optimization.
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer 360) solutions, ensuring efficient data integration and management across Salesforce applications and third-party systems.
Server-to-Server Integration.
Architect and implement secure, scalable server-to-server integrations to enable seamless communication and data transfer between Salesforce Data Cloud and various internal and external systems (e.
., ERP, CRM, legacy databases, cloud platforms).
Data Architecture & Modelling.
Develop and maintain data models for Salesforce Data Cloud, ensuring data consistency and integrity across systems.
Collaborate with data teams to implement best practices for data storage, retrieval, and analytics.
API and Middleware Integration.
Utilize Salesforce's APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration platforms (e.
., MuleSoft, Informatica, or custom middleware) to create robust server-to-server communication.
Design data workflows that allow systems to exchange data in real-time or batch processing modes.
Data Governance & Quality.
Implement data governance frameworks and policies to ensure the quality, accuracy, and security of data across Salesforce Data Cloud and integrated systems.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
Monitoring & Performance Optimization.
Continuously monitor integration processes and performance, identifying and addressing bottlenecks or issues to ensure data synchronization is consistent and real-time where necessary.
Collaboration with Stakeholders.
Work closely with business analysts, Salesforce developers, and other stakeholders to understand integration requirements, gather feedback, and refine integration processes to meet business needs.
Troubleshooting & Support.
Provide ongoing support for data integrations, troubleshoot data-related issues, and resolve integration errors.
Act as a point of escalation for complex data-related issues.
Documentation & Best Practices.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for integration processes, API designs, data flows, and troubleshooting steps.
Advocate for best practices in integration design and data management within the team.
Training & Mentorship.
Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on Salesforce Data Cloud and integration best practices.
Share knowledge on emerging integration technologies and cloud solutions.
