This project will focus primarily on lead generation and conversion.
Additionally, I need a part-time Senior Sales Head to oversee the process and the team, ensuring we meet our sales targets Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities.
- Design and implement a successful sales process - Lead generation and conversion strategies - Oversee the sales team and monitor progress - Ensure company sales targets are met Ideal Candidate.
- Proven experience in sales process design and implementation - Expertise in lead generation and conversion - Previous experience as a senior sales head or similar role - Strong digital marketing skills, particularly in managing campaigns - Excellent leadership and team management skills Please note, the digital marketing campaigns will be our primary lead generation method, so experience in this area is a definite plus.
The freelancer will also need to help with the setup of a suitable CRM system.
