As our Sales Support & Data Analyst you are energized by:.
Sales Support.
* Supports client order management.
* Secures that deadlines for product launches are met in cooperation with the Marketing Department.
* Assists on the invoicing of the department expenses.
* Works together with the Sell-Out Manager on the definition of promotional routes and the team motivation plan.
* Manages the preparation and delivery of incentives for teams.
* Participates on the preparation of special activations for stores.
Data Analysis.
* Prepares sales analysis and develops tools to monitor sales activities.
* Submits monthly Sell-Out reports with achievements vs target per BA.
* Sales Support Material.
orders management, consumptions follow-up on a quarterly basis, manage requests made by sales team.
What you will bring.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong expertise in Excel and Power Point.
* Ability to work in a team.
* Excellent communication skills, Spanish highly appreciated.
* Ability to handle multiple projects.
